I had a wonderful stay at the hotel located in the bustling shopping area. The room I stayed in was spotless, spacious, and had a super comfy bed, exceeding my expectations. Although some consider the North Tower as the older one, my room was so clean and well-equipped.

Plus, just across the building, there's the famous chicken rice to try out, and if you're into shopping, the bazaar on the ground floor outside the hotel North Tower offers a lot of choices. The newer block in the North Tower was pretty big and comfortable. The service was impressive, with attentive staff who knew exactly where I wanted to go even though I didn't speak the local language well. The location was strategic for shopping and dining, though the area wasn't the best in Bangkok. The variety of shopping malls, markets, and food options nearby made up for it. The dining experience was more than reasonable at its price, and the hotel had some extraordinary food. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and value-for-money hotel with great amenities.
